Take Heart is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to equip the Church to walk with those impacted by cancer and other chronic illnesses. The visual identity for Take Heart Cancer Community was built on the pillars of resilience, warmth, and collective strength. For a nonprofit dedicated to supporting those navigating a cancer journey, the branding needed to feel both deeply grounded and uplifting.
The primary icon features a series of interlocking, heart-like shapes arranged in a circular formation. This geometry serves as a metaphor for community and continuity. By weaving the individual hearts together, the mark illustrates how individual stories and experiences unite to evoke a sense of wholeness and peace, suggesting that no one in this community walks their path alone.
